Unable to log in to Mindful Feedback via Genesys Cloud

Resolved

An issue with an update released the evening of 12/3 - early morning of 12/4. This issue caused Mindful Feedback to be unavailable via the Genesys Cloud application.
The issue has been remediated and as of 10am ET full functionality has been restored.
Formal RCA to be completed and available upon request via support ticket.
